Marigold Bakery-Cafe began in June 1998.We make everything from scratch, caramel pecan rolls, focaccia bread, and warm soups. We are open Mon-Sat 8:oo to 4:00. Kansas coffeecake was a favorite recipe of my mothers that we bake every day. So many people asked for the recipe that I developed it into a mix to sell at the bakery and this started our line of cookie and soup mixes.

Crank your oven up as high as it will go-just kidding. A traditional wood fired oven can reach 800 degrees so the pizzas are thin and cook fast. I would start with 400 to 450 degrees in your oven. Bake until crust is golden brown and all the cheese is melted.I like to bake it starting on the bottom rack of the oven 8-10 minutes and then put it on the top rack in the oven till the cheese is melted. So cooking timeis between 12 to 15 minutes. Make sure to check the pizza often at the end of the baking time, it could burn very quick. Enjoy your piping hot pizza's, there simple and delicious!
OK lets top those pizza's.Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.Have fun with the toppings but balance your toppings so there not to heavy for the crust size.Coming up with right combination of toppings is very much like putting together a sandwich.
