Marigold Bakery-Cafe began in June 1998.We make everything from scratch, caramel pecan rolls, focaccia bread, and warm soups. We are open Mon-Sat 8:oo to 4:00. Kansas coffeecake was a favorite recipe of my mothers that we bake every day. So many people asked for the recipe that I developed it into a mix to sell at the bakery and this started our line of cookie and soup mixes.

Zucchini!!!
Well we just recieved 100 pounds of zucchini from the Fischers at our local farmers market. What are we going to do with all that you ask? So far we have made zucchini spice bread, chocolate chip zucchini bread, and pineapple orange zucchini bread, every day.I have a bunch of zucchini recipes to give away at the bakery and you can sample the breads when you come in. Guess what, I just added another new baking mix to our shelves at the bakery. It is (drumroll please) Zucchini Spice Bread Mix!!!
